Appointments can be secured via our online portal or by calling our Ilkley studio directly. We recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred time and practitioner.

Pre-Treatment Prep

For specific treatments, such as injectables or peels, please avoid blood thinners or retinols 48 hours prior. Detailed preparation steps will be sent via email upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. This allows us to offer the time to other patients. Late cancellations may incur a fee of the full treatment cost.

Secure Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required for all advanced medical procedures. This amount is fully deductible from your final treatment cost and ensures your clinical slot is reserved.

Our aesthetic services are elective medical procedures and are generally not covered by private health insurance. We provide full clinical receipts should you wish to claim via a health cash plan.
